By accessing and using FBR Digital Invoicing ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FBR Digital Invoicing provides a platform for creating, managing, validating, and submitting digital invoices to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in compliance with Pakistani tax regulations. The Service includes:

  • User status verification with FBR
  • Invoice creation and management
  • Invoice validation and submission to FBR
  • API integration for third-party applications
  • Comprehensive error handling and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Use of Service

5. FBR Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all invoices submitted through the Service comply with FBR regulations and requirements. We provide the platform for submission but do not guarantee FBR acceptance of any invoice. You agree to:

  • Verify all invoice data before submission
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws
  • Maintain proper records of all transactions
  • Cooperate with FBR inquiries and audits

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FBR Digital Invoicing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

7. Payment Terms

If the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FBR Digital Invoicing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
